Refund policy

At CHACO Goods, each piece is handmade with care by artisans across Northern Argentina. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@chacogoods.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
