Shipping policy

Most of our pieces are made to order, carefully crafted by artisans across Northern Argentina.
Production times vary depending on the product:

• Cushions and throws: approximately 2 weeks

• Rugs: approximately 6 weeks

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via FedEx, and you’ll receive an email notification as soon as it’s on its way.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on orders over $500 USD.
For orders below that amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing the order — we cannot modify it once the parcel has been dispatched.

CHACO Goods is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events beyond our control after dispatch.
